Service Description

This Ministry, Service & Leadership Training is a biblically grounded program designed to equip individuals to serve and lead with Christlike character, wisdom, and responsibility. Rooted primarily in Luke 15 and supported by additional Scripture for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16), this training emphasizes spiritual formation before function—shaping both the heart and the practice of ministry. The training consists of two integrated components: Theory and Practical Application. The Theory Training is divided into four sections, each centered on themes drawn from Luke 15 (the Shepherd, the Lost, Restoration, and Unity). Each section includes Scripture study, teaching videos, guided breakdowns, reflection questions, practical challenges, and supporting resources. These elements intentionally contribute to and prepare participants for the practical phase. The Practical & Shadowing Training must be completed under the guidance of a church, ministry organization (such as HisGrace Ministries), pastor, or approved mentor. This phase translates theology into lived ministry through observation, assisted leadership, guided execution, accountability, and reflection. This phase focuses on heart posture and Christlike transformation rather than performance, and requires active participation within a ministry or community context. This training is suitable for all ages, but was developed with youth and young adults (ages 10+) in mind. Participants may complete the theory portion online at no cost. Churches or organizations may request permission to use the training freely. In-person training or facilitated sessions are available upon request and include a fee. Use of the training requires acknowledgment of the creator and completion of a simple agreement outlining proper use and stewardship. While the training may be completed individually, participants are strongly encouraged to engage with a church, mentor, pastor, or accountability partner to ensure spiritual support, growth, and healthy application. This training offers an adaptable, Scripture-centered framework for discipleship, leadership development, and ministry readiness—serving the body of Christ with care, grace, and purpose.
